Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We would like for you to be completely satisfied with your Bullitos purchase. We will gladly accept an exchange or a return of items that are in new condition with original tags. Return items cannot be washed, worn, or altered. Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
To Make an Exchange or Return
If you wish to exchange your recent Bullitos purchase for a different color, size, or style, please email us at info@bullitos.com. Please include "Returns" and your order number in subject line. Please include the items you are returning and the reason why in the body of your email. If it is applicable include the items you wish to order or receive in exchange for your returned goods.
To Exchange or Return a Gift or an Item Without Original Paperwork/Receipt:
If you are sending back items you received as a gift and do not have the original packing slip, please include the name of the gift giver. The purchaser will not be notified about your return or exchange unless requested. Items can be exchanged for value of items at purchase. Returns without a receipt will defer to customer account history to determine the price paid and refund amount. Simply email us at info@bullitos to obtain a return authorization to return the shipment for processing.

Returning Sale Priced Merchandise
All goods marked as ‘final sale’ will not be eligible for a return.
